Seating

Designed with flexibility in mind, our theater can accommodate a wide range of seating configurations. Bleacher seating comfortably seats up to 155 guests, while our versatile floor seating increases total capacity to 199. Our 44 floor seats can be arranged in traditional rows, customized layouts, or reduced-capacity configurations, and are fully accessible to meet the needs of all patrons.

Technical Details

Our experienced in-house Technical Director is dedicated to ensuring every production runs seamlessly from start to finish. Working closely with your team, they will oversee the planning, programming, and execution of all your technical requirements, including lighting, audio, and stage operations. Whether your event calls for a simple presentation or a fully produced theatrical performance, our Technical Director will help design, manage, and execute a customized technical plan that brings your vision to life with precision and professionalism.

Ticketing

Our experienced Box Office team is here to manage every aspect of your ticketing experience, allowing you to focus on delivering a successful event. From building and managing your event on our ticketing platform to processing ticket sales, assisting patrons with purchases and exchanges, and answering guest inquiries, we provide attentive, professional service every step of the way. Whether before the event or on performance day, our team is committed to ensuring a seamless ticketing experience for both presenters and patrons alike.

The MMAC Theater is a full-service Off-Broadway venue featuring a popular ticketing platform front and back of house technical staff, marketing and advertising support, and marquee and signage offerings.

The theater has its own dedicated street entrance into Ms. Caiola's 18,000 sq. ft. performing arts facility, Manhattan Movement and Arts Center. Productions will also have access to MMAC's beautiful, spacious, column-free rehearsal studios.

Manhattan Movement and Arts Center (MMAC) is an 18,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art performing arts facility located in the heart of Lincoln Center on the Upper West Side of New York City. MMAC's world-class rehearsal studios have attracted some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Steven Spielberg, Beyoncé, Jennifer Hudson, Madonna, Emma Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Bernadette Peters, Daniel Radcliffe, Nathan Lane, Constantine Maroulis, and many more.
