Rose Caiola is the Founder and Executive Artistic Director of MMAC Theater, Founder of Manhattan Movement & Arts Center (MMAC), and Managing Member of Caiola Productions, the acclaimed theater, film, and investment company she co-founded with her late brother, Luigi Caiola (1959–2023).

Under Rose's leadership, Caiola Productions has produced more than 60 Broadway productions, earning eight Tony Awards®, seven Drama Desk Awards, and numerous Olivier Awards. Its Tony Award®-winning productions include Company, The Inheritance, Once on This Island, Dear Evan Hansen, The Color Purple, All the Way, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, and Parade.

An accomplished writer, Rose received an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination for Freckleface Strawberry: The Musical and won the AUDELCO Award for Best New Musical as the book writer of Rock & Roll Man, which is currently touring the United Kingdom and is on track for a West End production.

Rose is also the owner of Manhattan Movement & Arts Center in New York City and MMAC Theater, which opened with its inaugural production, My First Ex-Husband. Through her work as a producer, writer, entrepreneur, and arts leader, she has dedicated her career to creating opportunities for artists while expanding access to exceptional live theater.

A passionate advocate for arts education, Rose founded Manhattan Youth Ballet, which recently celebrated its 30th anniversary and continues to provide world-class dance training and performance opportunities for young artists throughout New York City. Under her vision, the organization has become a respected pathway for aspiring dancers pursuing artistic excellence and professional careers.

Beyond the performing arts, Rose founded Epic Sports—Every Player Is Crucial (also known as Positive Vibes Only)—a nonprofit baseball program serving underserved youth from communities including the South Bronx, Harlem, Queens, and Brooklyn. By combining athletics with mentorship, academic support, and college preparation, Epic Sports has helped participants earn scholarship opportunities and pursue higher education while fostering confidence, discipline, and personal growth.
